1 tablespoon of yeast
1 cup milk (warm)
1 cup water (warm)
½ cup of oil
½ cup sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons salt
4 or 5 cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast, milk, and water. Stir until yeast is dissolved. Add oil, sugar, egg, and salt. Knead 10 minutes. Shape. Refrigerate. (can be refrigerated for up to 2 hours)

Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Brush butter on top when you remove from oven.
