2 (6 3/4 oz.) cans Hormel chunk ham
4 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp, mayonnaise (or enough to hold mixture together)
Generous dash of McCormick lemon & pepper seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Flake ham with fork and add all other ingredients, and mix well. Refrigerator until ready to use. I use this ham salad for sandwiches, and as an appetizer, spread on crackers. It can be served in lettuce, as a salad, with crackers.
