1 Angle Food Cake
4 Egg Yolks
4 Egg Whites Stiff
1 pt Whipped Cream Whipped
Salt
Vanilla
2 Pounds Chocolate-Semi

Directions:
Directions:
Over a double boil melt your cholocate. While your chocolate is cooling slowly add in the yolks and salt until creamy. If to hot it will clump and cook the egg.

Fold together the whipped cream and the egg whites. Then start folding in the chocolate mix. Once blended layer the angle food and the chocolate mixure.

Let sit in fridge till ready
