1 Pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Pound Butter
1 Pound Flour
Pinches of Cayenne Pepper
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Freshly Shred your Block of Cheddar Fine.

Let your butter be room temperature.

Sift your Flour and Cayenne into into the Cheddar and Butter and Blend well with your hands to warm up all ingredients and merge into one.

Once blended lay our plastic wrap and make a small tube and twist tight to get air out. Then place in the freezer to get firm.

Heat Oven to 375

Once frozen slice the size of a quarter and cook for 8-10 min or until Golden Brown.

Dust with powder sugar and hold in tin cans
