1 - 3-5 lb. chuck beef roast
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix, dry
1 packet au jus gravy, dry
1/2 cup butter, 1 stick
8 pepperoncini peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in a slow cooker/crockpot. Sprinkle packets of dry ranch dressing and au jus over pot roast. Top with a stick of butter then place peperoncini peppers on and around roast.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Take two forks and start shredding the meat. Yummy on rolls, tortillas, noodles or mashed potatoes.
