1 red onion
1 bunch green onions
1 orange pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 cans black beans
6 ears sweet corn or 4-5 cups canned corn
Juice of 1 lime
Fresh cilantro

Dressing: 1 cup apple cidar vinegar
cup white sugar
cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil dressing ingredients together and cool. Chop onions, peppers and tomatoes. Mix all ingredients together and dressing. Serve with tortilla chips.
