Pie Crust:
1 lb Oleo
5 Cups Flour
3 Tablespoons Sugar
4 Egg Yolks
Pint Sour Cream

2 Sticks Oleo
1 Cup Crisco
2 Cups Sugar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Cups Warm Milk
4 Tablespoons Marshmallow Cream

Mix the Oleo, flour and sugar for the pie crust. After that is mixed add in the egg yolks and sour cream. Once the dough is made, roll it out like a pie crust. Cut in strips. Wrap dough around clothes pins that have been fried in oil. Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes. Bottoms should be brown. Take the cones off the clothespins while still warm and let cool. Whip the filling ingredients together until creamy. Once the cones have cooled, fill each cone with filling using a pastry bag with a star tip.

Yields 114 cones.
