Ingredients:  
4 to 6 cups fresh spinach
1 can water chestnuts
1 lb. fried bacon

Dressing:
1 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp onion salt
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1/3 cup ketchup
Dash of cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse spinach, pat dry, fry bacon and pat grease off

Dressing:
Mix in Mason jar and shake well, or put in blender. Add to spinach just before serving. Dressing will keep in refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
