2 pounds tuna
2 eggs
cup oat bran
2 tbsp. lemon juice
cup pimento, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 onion or 3 green onions, chopped fine
1 carrot, grated
soy sauce, tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients together. Pat into a greased 9" X 13" pan.

Bake for 25 minutes.
