14-15 Sweet Potatoes Baked
2 Eggs
5 oz Evaporated Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
¾ cup Melted Butter
¾ Bag Crown Mulling Spice

Topping:
1 cup Light Brown Sugar
1 ½ cup Coconut
2 cups Chopped Pecans
1 cup Melted Butter
Marshmallows

Directions:

Peel Potatoes and Place into large mixing bowl and mash.
Add eggs,vanilla,evaporated milk, butter and mulling spices.
Mix all ingredients with potatoes by hand.
Grease serving dish with butter.
Spread potato mixture into pan.

Topping:
Combine brown sugar, coconut, chopped pecans and melted butter.
Put topping on sweet potatoes.

Bake 350º
Time 35 minutes
Take out of oven and put marshmallows on sweet potatoes.
Bake for 10-15 more.
