2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1½ cups wesson oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
3 cups chopped apples (about 3 medium-large apples)
cool whip for topping (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients. Cake mixture will be thick. Bake in a 9x13 inch pan at 350º for 1 hour. Top with cool whip.
