Cabbage
2 – 3 carrots
1 onion
1 tsp celery salt
1 cup vinegar
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup oil
1 tsp prepared mustard
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage thinly (do not grate).
Grate carrots, and onion. Sprinkle celery salt over top.
In a pot combine vinegar, sugar, oil, mustard, and salt.
Heat until boiling. While hot pour dressing over vegetables.
Press with weighted plate, and leave overnight.
