¾ cup of oil (combination of olive oil and vegetable oil)
3 cloves of garlic (or to taste)
1 whole egg
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
⅛ of spoon of dry mustard
½ tsp of parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
3 – 4 drops of Worcestershire
Spoonfuls of mayonnaise (should be Hellman’s Olive Oil brand)
Romaine Lettuce

Cook bacon, set aside. Wash romaine lettuce.
Combine remaining ingredients, mix well with a whisk.
For a creamier dressing use more mayonnaise.
Mix dressing, lettuce, croutons, and serve.
