2 (10 oz). pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach
½ c. butter or margarine
6 oz. cream cheese
1 (8.5oz.) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
¼ tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and set aside
.
Combine butter and cream cheese in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until butter is melted and cream cheese is softened.

Combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese mixture, pepper and lemon juice. Stir well.
Spoon into lightly greased 1 ½ qt. casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs.

Bake 325º for 30 minutes or until bubbly
