2 cups of heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract (or almond)

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Using a mixer, whisk on low speed until stiff peaks are formed.
Increase to medium speed and whisk until thick.
Ta Da! Whipped cream!
