1 3-pound frying chicken
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup green pepper
1 minced garlic clove
1/8 teaspoon Allspice
1 tablespoon Season-All
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
3 1/2 cups tomatoes (28-ox. can)
1/2 cup white wine or water

Egg Noodles (cooked)

1. Cut chicken in pieces. Dredge with flour; brown in oil until golden on all sides. Drain off oil. Add seasonings, tomatoes and wine or water; cover and siimmer slowly 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

2. Serve over cooked egg noodles
