10 eggs
2 cups shredded sharp chedder cheese
2 cups shredded mild chedder cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder


Directions:
Directions:

Beat eggs, then stir in cheeses, butter, flour, and baking powder. Stir in chilies.

Pou into a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 min. Or untl eggs are set.

Cool 10 min.

May serve with warm salsa for extra mexican touch
