12 corn tortillas
6-7 cups chicken broth
2 chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 jalapeno, minced
1 tablespoon oil
1 can corn
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 cup celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tortillas in 1/2 and then 1/4" strips.
Bring broth to a simmer in a skillet. Add chicken, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Transfer chicken, put on cutting board. Save liquid and chop chicken.
Heat oil in pot over medium heat. Add onion and jalapeno - cook 5 minutes.
Add garlic, cumin and cayenne - stir and cook about 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes and broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add chicken, celery, corn and lime juice.
Garnish with tortilla strips.
