2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach
1 6-ounce package Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
6 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter with minced garlic in microwave.
Cook spinach in microwave. DRAIN WELL!
Combine spinach, stuffing, cheese, eggs, butter and salt and pepper.
Mix well. Roll into small 1 inch size balls.
Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
When frozen, place in freezer storage bag.

To serve: Place frozen balls on sheet and bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.
