Ingredients:
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cups cooked diced chicken
3 cups of cooked wild rice (I buy the canned wild rice. It is cooked perfectly and makes this recipe a lot easier. You will need to buy 2 cans)
1/3 cup finely chopped green onion
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper
1-8 ounce can of sliced water chestnuts
½ teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
½ pound seedless green grapes ~ cut in half (add right before serving)
