Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe is from a Lancaster County Cookbook with favorite recipes of members and friends of Mary Ferree Society organized in 1940. It is also an album of art and history of Eastern Lancaster County in Pennsylvania. First printing was in 1971. I have many cookbooks but this is my favorite with its worn cover and pages.
