2# salmon (or whatever)

1/2 cup peanut oil
4 T soy sauce
4 T balsamic vinegar
4 T green onions, chopped
3 tsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Place salmon filets in a medium, nonporous glass dish (or a large ziplock bag.

Mix the marinade and pour over the fish. Marinate 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.

Grill until done. 135º on meat thermometer.

We like to grill skin-side down first. Then, the skin will peel off easily.
