1 c assorted bell peppers (green, red, yellow, orange), chopped
1 c sour cream
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained (8 oz)
⅛ t salt
2 T cilantro or parsley, chopped
2T jalepeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 t grated lime peel
1 t lime juice

Tortilla Chips
Fresh vegetable sticks (pepper, celery, carrot, cucumber, etc.)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixer bowl combine all ingredients. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. (1-2 minutes) Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors (at least one hour).

Makes 3¼ cups.
