Apple Fritters Recipe

1 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
oil for frying

glaze:
1/2 cup of powdered sugar and milk

Directions:
Directions:
- 1 1/2 cups of apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon together
- stir in milk and egg until blended
- fold in apples
- pour oil in a skillet, heat to medium to med. high
- when ready for frying, use a large spoon or ice cream scoop to spoon out 3 tbsp of batter and carefully place in the hot oil
- fry 2 - 3 minutes on each side till done
- drizzle the glaze on the fritters
- allow the glaze to harden before serving

Glaze:
- pour a tiny bit of milk into the powdered sugar
- whisk and continue adding milk slowly until you get the right consistency

Warning!! Don't let your oil get too hot, it will cook the fritters too fast!!
