5-6 Pepperoni sticks (remove skin, cut into small chunks)
3 bunches of scallions
1 ball mozzarella cheese (cut into chunks)
some swiss cheese
6 eggs beaten, plus 3-4 more for egg wash
6 frozen bread dough

Directions:
Directions:
Process the first four ingredients separately in a food processor. Once chopped finely, mix all together in a bowl.

Add eggs to the mixture and mix well. Spread the mixture on rolled out dough.

Roll up the dough and brush top with egg wash.

Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
