1 Deer Roast
½ Cup Soy Sauce
½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Pam

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate:
Mix ½ Cup Soy Sauce & ½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
Pour over Deer Roast, cover with foil & set in refrigerator overnight.

Next morning rinse roast well. Pat dry then add onion powder, salt & pepper to taste.
Spray skillet with Pam and brown the roast. Add ½ cup water, cover and place in oven at 350 degrees
Fahrenheit until done.
