Pork Chops


Ingredients:

8 to 10 pork chops
2 16 ounce cans diced tomatoes
Dried onion flake
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
--Place chops in large pot and cover with water

--Boil chops for 30 to 45 minutes. (until meat is tender)

--Remove from heat and drain water from chops.

--Rinse chops in cool water and scrape fatty "scum" from chops.

--Place chops back in pot

--Add water to half cover chops.

--Add diced tomatoes and spices

--Cook on low boil for an additional 5 to 10 minutes

--Plate prepared macaroni (see below), add chops and ladle gravy on top.

1 large box of macaroni noodles
Water
Salt (1½ to 2 tablespoons per pound of noodles)

--Bring large pot of water to boil.

--Add salt and macaroni noodles

--Return to boil, stir occasionally to keep noodles from sticking

--Boil until noodles are still slightly firm

--Drain noodles in colander
