Mixture Process

2 cup Milk
2 cup Sugar

Day 1 Set aside on counter
Day 2 Stir only
Day 3 Stir only
Day 4 Stir only
Day 5 Transfer to larger bowl and add: 1 cup of each: flour, milk, and sugar. Mix well.
Day 6 Stir only
Day 7 Stir only
Day 8 Do nothing
Day 9 Do nothing
Day 10 Transfer to larger bowl if necessary and add 1 cup of each: flour, milk, and sugar. Mix well.

Place ¼ cup of mixture in 4 small containers (¼ cup per container). Give away to three friends and keep one to restart the batch.
 

To remaining batter in bowl, add and mix:

½ cup sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding

In another bowl, add:
½ cup brown sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

1. Grease two loaf pans and divide batter between them.
2. Sprinkle with sugar mixture and swirl to marble.
3. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
4. Add chocolate chips, if desired.
