To cook ducks:
Cook in crockpot the night before.
Stand 3 ducks up in crockpot. Cook on low overnight.
In the morning take ducks out of crockpot and let them cool.
Save stock.

3 Ducks cooked (take meat off bone) & chop into small pieces. Set aside.
1 stick butter (¼ lb.), melted
¾ Cup flour
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
Dash of Garlic Salt
1 (5 oz.) tomato paste
1 (20 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon Accent
1 Bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
½ bunch parsley, chopped fine (I use dry)
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 quarts stock (from cooking ducks). If you don’t have enough then add more water.

Use a large roasting pot.
Melt butter & flour. Mix well.
Add onion, celery, bell pepper ‘ seasonings. Mix well and add stock from cooking the ducks. Add duck meat and tomatoes. Stir well & simmer. Cook (covered) on low for approximately 1 hour.
