1. 1 cup shortening
2. 1 1/2 cup sugar
3. 2 eggs
4 2 1/2 cups flour
5. 1 tsp cinnamon
6. 1/2 tsp salt
7. 1 tsp soda
8. 2 cups oatmeal
9. 5 T milk
10. 2 tsp vanilla
11 . 1 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, and sugar
Add eggs. Beat well
Combine flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon
Add to sugar mixture
Add milk, and vanilla. Stir well
Add oatmeal, and raisins
Drop dough on cookie sheet, lined with parchment paper

Bake 375 for 10 minutes
