Ingredients:  
1 ½ c. sugar
½ c. water
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pint jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
- Boil sugar, water, salt to hard ball (250º).
- Put marshmallow cream in mixing boil and stir in hot syrup.
- Beat until stiff and stands in peaks.
- Fold in vanilla & nuts.
- Drop by teaspoons on wax paper.
