12 oz. thinly sliced corned beef
4 tsp. butter
8 slices of rye or pumpernickel bread
1/4 c. Russian or thousand island dressing
1 c. sauerkraut (well drained)
4 slices swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread butter on one side of bread. Top other side with corned beef. Spread 1 T. dressing over beef. Top with 1/4 c. sauerkraut and 1 slice of cheese. Close sandwiches with remaining bread buttered side up. Brown in skillet on both sides. Cook 2 - 3 minutes on each side.
