Salad:
1 to 2 lbs. boiled shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Tony Chachere seasoning
1 head lettuce
3 to 4 boiled eggs
2 to 3 medium tomatoes

Louie Sauce:
1 pt. mayonnaise
1 small can chopped ripe olives
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Catsup
tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Salad:
- Boil shrimp in water with 2 Tbsp. seasoning. Peel, devein and set aside.
- Boil eggs. Peel and slice in s lengthwise.
- Slice tomatoes into 1/8s.
- Break lettuce in small pieces and spread on platter.
- Arrange tomato and egg slices, alternating between the two around the edge of the platter.
- Spread shrimp evenly in center of platter over the lettuce.

Louie Sauce:
- Mix ingredients (reserving small amount of olives.) Spread over top of shrimp.
- Sprinkle reserved chopped olives over top of sauce as a garnish.
