Directions:
Directions:
Take dove out of freezer, place in large pan, cover with salt water and soak overnight.

Salt & flour dove.
Brown in hot skillet with cooking oil.
After browning place dove in roasting pan with breast up.
Add ½ cup water, cover and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for an hour.

Gravy: Drain off cooking oil where you browned the dove.
Put back on stove (low heat) and add milk until gravy consistency or as you like it.
