½ tasse de fécule de maïs
½ tasse de sucre à glaçage
1 tasse de farine
¾ tasse de beurre, ramoli

Directions:
Directions:
Mélanger la fécule de maïs, sucre à glaçage et la farine.

Avec les mains, incorporer le beurre pour former une pâte. Une fois mélanger on peut placer la pâte à biscuits dans le frigidaire pour faciliter le processus.

Étendre la pâte avec un rouleau à pâte (couvert de farine) sur une surface couverte de farine.
Couper en forme de biscuits.
Placer sur une plaque à biscuits non graissé. Cuire au fourneau à 300ºF pour 15 à 20 minutes.
Laisser refroidir un peu avant de les placer sur une assiette ou un contenant.

Habituellement je triple cette recette.
