1 Tbs packed bown sugar
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ground ancho chili pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/16 tsp cayenne pepper
1 lb shrimp, uncooked, peeled and deveined
3 med peaches cut into 8 wedges
8 green onions (light green and white porrtions cut into 2 in pieces
olive oil spray
lime wedges

Directions:
Directions:
mix brown sugar and seasons. Place shrimp, peaches and onions in a large bowl. Sprinkle with the sugar mixture and toss to coat. Lightly spritz both sides of meat etc mixture with spray. Grill covered 3-4 min on each side until shrimp is pink. Squeeze lime over kabobs
