6 blancs d'oeuf
2 tasses de sucre
¾ tasse d'eau
¼ c. à thé de sel
¼ c. à thé de crème de tartar
1 c. à thé de vanille

Battre les blancs d'oeuf avec le sel et le tartar. Battre jusqu'à ce que ce soit bien gonflé

Cuire l'eau et le sucre...faire fondre - jusqu'à ce qu'un cuillère sortie forme un fil.

Battre le sirop avec les blanc d'oeufs

Cuire au fourneau pour 1 heure à 275º. Ne pas ouvrir la porte du fourneau. Éteindre le fourneau et laisser les meringues sècher pour au moins 12 heures
