1 tbsp EVOO
1 lg yellow onion
1 green pepper
1 tbsp garlic
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 bunch cilantro
2 30 oz cans black beans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat up oil.
Add onion, pepper, and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent on med. heat about 7-10 min.
Add tomato sauce and stir, bring to a boil.
Add cilantro and salt. Lower heat. Let simmer about 20 min.
Use 3 cups sofrito for 1 #10 can black beans.
Add 1 tbsp of salt and cook on med heat for about 20 min.
