Double pie crust recipe -
9x13 pan
gallon frozen peaches
2-3 cups sugar depending on peaches
4 Tbsp. tapioca
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Roll pie crust to fit 9x13 pan,
Mix peaches, sugar, tapioca, cinnamon, add to pan, dot with butter.
Roll top crust sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
Make slits with knife to let steam out

Bake @ 425º preheated oven for 15 min.
Then bake @ 350º for 45 min or until bubbly and brown.

If you have left over crust lay in pie pan sprinkle with butter, cinnamon and sugar bake till brown.
