1 cup whipping cream
12 oz. cream cheese
12 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and beat with sugar and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gently combine with cream cheese mixture, and pour into a crust (on individual tart crusts). Refrigerate several hours. Top with fruit or lemon curd.
