1 c Milk (scalded)
1/4 c Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 c Margarine
2 pkgs Yeast
1/2 c Very Warm Water
2 Eggs (beaten)
5 1/4 c Flour (aprox)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir sugar, salt and margarine into scalded milk and cool. Soften yeast in warm water, add milk, eggs and 2 cups of flour. Beat until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Turn dough onto a lightly floured board. Knead for about 8-10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in a oiled bowl. Let rise until doubled in bulk (covered) punch down. Make into rolls. Let rise again for about 20 minutes. Bake in 400º oven til brown. Brush tops with butter and Serve.
