Ingredients:  
8 medium Potatoes
1/2 cup of Chicken Soup Starter
2 tsp of dried Parsley
1 can of Carnations Evaporated Milk
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Margarine
1 1/2 tsp of Salt & a pinch of Pepper
3 cups of Flour
3 beaten Eggs
3/4 cup of Milk








Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3 cups of Flour, Beaten Eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of Salt, and 3/4 cup of Milk till sticky

Put dough in a freezer bag and cut one corner and put aside (this will be dumplings)

Peel and chop Potatoes

Place in Pot and cover with water (2 inches above the potatoes)

Add Chicken Starter & Parsley and bring to a boil.

Pipe in Dumplings into boiling pot.

Cover simmer until Dumplings are done

Add can of Evaporated Milk, 1/2 cup of Margarine, salt and pepper.

Cook 1/2 hour or until desire. simmer to make thick!
