1 package Mahatma Yellow Saffron rice mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans mexi-corn or fiesta corn
1 stick of butter
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. When it is done, stir in all other ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish and bake, uncovered at 350º for 35 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
