1 large can chunky fruit cocktail
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can chunky pineapple
2 bananas (sliced)
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. Tang powder



Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup juice from fruit cocktail and 1 tsp. Tang with 1 package instant vanilla pudding. Fold into well drained fruit. Put in serving dish and chill. Add bananas just before serving.

This is a recipe that I remember my mom making frequently. The ingredients, with the exception of the bananas, are items you can keep on hand. We often forgot to put the bananas in the salad.

It's a good recipe, but for me, it's warm, happy memories.
