1 cup Elmer's glue, warm water, and 2 tsp. borax, food coloring

In a bowl mix 1 cup of glue with ¾ cup of water, and food coloring. In a separate bowl mix ½ cup of warm water with 2 tsp of borax. When the borax is dissolved , slowly add the glue mixture to the borax mix. I usually try to whisk, but you can use a spoon or even your hands. It will all come together and you can drain off any excess water..

We made tons of this to give out to the children in PCHP. They all loved it. Caution it can make a mess and stick to furniture, bedding and just about anything else, but at the table it can provide hours of fun! Keep it in a container and it should last a long time.
