Ingredients:  
1 - 5 oz pkg long grain wild rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 chicken breasts
1 small pkg. slivered almond or 2 cans water chestnuts
1 medium onion chopped
1 cube butter or margarine
1/2 green pepper chopped (optional)
1/2 cup celery
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can mushrooms
Bread crumbs to cover top

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to directions. Boil chicken until tender, pull or cut into chunks. Saute onion, celery, pepper in butter. Add and combine all other ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
