Cream together:
2 cups sugar
2 squares butter or margarine
1/3 cup cocoa

Add:
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 tsp vanilla

After brownies have cooked:
1/2 pkg miniature marshmallows

Frosting
1/2 cup canned milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 square butter or margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Bake: (in a large cookie sheet, with sides, or in 9 x 13 cake pan) at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately remove from oven and place about half of the package of miniature marshmallows over brownies. Return to oven and bake 3 minutes. Cool well, then frost.

After HAVING been frosted, let set for quite a while (until frosting is no longer sticky to touch). Then cut into squares.
