4 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1-10¾ oz. can cream of celery soup
½ cup milk
4 oz. cheddar & Pepper Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Melt butter in small dish in microwave. Brush chicken with butter and coat with corn flakes. Place in sprayed 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked to 170°. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package. In small bowl beat soup with wire whisk until well blended. Pour evenly over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Serve with the rice. Serves 4.
