4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2½ c. flour
1 c. hot milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour or Pam spray 9x13x2-inch pan.
Beat eggs and sugar for 5 minutes. Add baking powder and flour; blend well. Add hot milk last and blend well. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
