1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup flaked coconut
1 jar (3.5 oz.) macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º F.
Mix butter, sugars, and egg.
Stir in flour and baking soda (dough will be stiff)
Stir in coconut, nuts and chocolate chips.
Press dough into ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2.
Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Cool.
